We’ve all heard it. Failing to plan is planning to fail; simplistic but true. If you expect your business to stay on course and grow, you must develop a roadmap for that growth – a strategic plan. It should be a brief, living document which is clearly communicated and regularly updated.
It can sound daunting, so we put it off in the daily crush of delivering our goods or services. It doesn’t have to be complex, lengthy or time-consuming, but even a brief document is meaningless unless your organization actually executes the plan with meaningful and measured results.
